1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns for used products or items damaged due to misuse.

2. How to Request a Return

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

3. Return Approval & Shipping

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

5. Delayed Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at mygictouch@gmail.com.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product use
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

7. Replacement and Exchanges

No replacement and no exchange will be given at any cost.
